Turilux, Viagens e Turismo Lda. respects the legal rules regarding the protection of the personal data of its employees, job applicants and customers. Any collection of personal data is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data (RGPD – General Regulation on Data Protection), and with Law nº 58/2019, of August 8 (which ensures the implementation of the GDPR, in the national legal system).

Free provision of data and acceptance of this privacy policy

By accepting the terms of our Privacy Policy, you are giving consent to the use of your data. The RGPD predict the existence of a consent “as a free, specific, informed and explicit expression of will”.

Access, rectification or removal of the data provided

Under the terms of the Personal Data Protection Law, the right to access, update, rectify or remove personal data is guaranteed for the user at any time, as well as the right to oppose to the use of the data provided for marketing or for sending informative communications, and for this purpose, the user has to send an email to: viagens@turilux.pt.

Preservation of personal information

Personal data may be stored and used by Turilux, even after the end of the process or contract, under the legal terms and until the invoicing and/or legal obligations arising from the commercial and/or contractual relationship are completed.

Use of your information

Within the contractual and commercial relationship, the user of Turilux website authorizes the introduction of personal data in the company’s database for the respective treatment, allowing them to be used for the sending of technical and safety data sheets, commercial information, marketing actions and provision of financial documents.
